| Munich beside
Dusseldorf is one of the two first MobileMonday chapters in
Germany. |
|
| Our short
History In Munich there has been existing an AK Mobile (Arbeitskreis Mobile = Working Group Mobile) for quite a while (at least since 2001). It has been operated under the Munich based association FIWM. It was headed by Daniel Melter . In mid 2006 two guys, one in Dusseldorf (Mark Wächter) and the other in Munich (Harald Müller) had the same goal - to become a member of the global, international MobileMonday community. Instead of just creating chapters by cities forces were bundled and on September 1st, 2006 MobileMonday Germany e.V. was officially founded in Munich. Beside the three mentioned above this has been Russell Buckley and Christian Ehl, who were running MobileMonday on an unregular base since end of 2004. For Munich the chapter team had no change at all and as of September 1st, 2006 consists of: Christian Ehl Daniel Melter Harald Mueller Russell Buckley Simon Jones (joined January 2009)
