Mobile Gaming - from traditional console gaming to Settlers of Catan and gaming social networks on the mobile

This MobileMonday will give insights into the various business models in mobile gaming. Christopher Kassulke, CEO of Handy-Games is the largest German mobile games developer. Christopher will give an overview over the last decade in mobile gaming and the prospects of the industry in the iPhone and Android environment.
Matthias Hellmund, Head of Mobile Development at exozet GmbH. exozet transferred the well-known Settler of Catan board game to mobile phones. Further to that, Matthias will present possibilities of mobile in-game-advertising and mobile games as marketing tools.
Jürgen Mayer, CEO at plazz entertainment AG. Plazz runs a portfolio of games in social networks and for iPhone, iPad and iPod. Furthermore plazz develops 3rd party apps for clients - an app full service. Juergen will talk about the battle of Apps and showcase challenges in mobile games development & distribution at plazz.
